On October 24th, Passerelles Numériques Vietnam (PNV) and Danang Vocational Training College solemnly organized the graduation ceremony for 43 computer science students for the year 2017-2020. FranceVietNam Initiative is very honored to attend and was able to meet face to face with young graduates of PNV20, including 3 students whom we sponsor.///Le 24 octobre dernier, Passerelles Numériques Vietnam (PNV) et Danang Vocational Training College ont solennellement organisé la cérémonie de remise des diplômes pour 43 étudiants en informatique de l’année 2017-2020. L’Initiative France-Vietnam était très honorée d'y assister et a pu voir tête à tête des jeunes diplômés de PNV20, dont 3 étudiantes que nous parrainons.///Ngày 24 tháng 10 vừa qua, tổ chức Passerelles Numériques Vietnam (PNV) và trường Cao đẳng nghề Đà Nẵng đã long trọng tổ chức lễ tốt nghiệp cho 43 sinh viên công nghệ thông tin khóa 2017-2020. FranceVietNam Initiative rất vinh hạnh được tham dự lễ trao bằng tốt nghiệp cho các tân cử nhân PNV20, trong đó có 3 em sinh viên nữ mà chúng tôi tài trợ.

In September 2017, 3 female students Kiet, Ti and Phuong started their journey at Passerelles Numériques Vietnam. During 3 years of study, they had the opportunity to participate in many activities to develop themselves in the most comprehensive way. From someone who knew nothing about IT or had very little contact with computers, they can now easily create websites, practice software like Java, New PHP programming language, Front-end framework, etc. In addition to providing technical skills, PNV also creates an international and healthy environment. PNV’s students practice 4 English skills with international volunteers, develop interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills as well as participate in sports and extracurricular activities. In order to make good use of the knowledge acquired during 3 school years, the students took part in 2 internships in the 2nd and the final year: a 2-month internship to explore the business environment and a 5-month internship to practice their professional skills.///En septembre 2017, 3 étudiantes Kiet, Ti et Phuong ont commencé leur parcours chez Passerelles Numériques Vietnam. Au cours de 3 ans d’études, elles ont eu l’opportunité de participer à de nombreuses activités pour se développer de la manière la plus complète. D'une personne qui ne savait rien des technologies de l'information ou qui avait très peu de contacts avec les ordinateurs, elles peuvent désormais créer facilement des sites Web, exercer le logiciel comme Java, la langue de programmation New PHP, le Développement Front-end, etc. En plus de fournir des compétences techniques, PNV crée également un environnement international et sain. Les étudiants de PNV pratiquent 4 compétences en anglais avec des bénévoles internationaux, développent des compétences interpersonnelles et entrepreneuriales ainsi que participent à des activités sportives et parascolaires. Afin de faire bon usage des connaissances acquises en 3 années scolaires, les étudiants ont suivi 2 stages en 2e et en dernière année: un stage de 2 mois pour explorer l'environnement de l’entreprise et celui de 5 mois pour pratiquer leurs compétences professionnelles.///Tháng 9 năm 2017, 3 em sinh viên Kiệt, Ti và Phương đã bắt đầu hành trình của mình tại Passerelles Numériques Vietnam. Trong suốt 3 năm đèn sách, các em đã có cơ hội tham gia rất nhiều các hoạt động để có thể phát triển bản thân một cách toàn diện nhất. Từ một người không biết gì về công nghệ thông tin hay được tiếp xúc rất ít với máy tính, thì giờ đây, các em đã có thể dễ dàng tạo lập trang web, sử dụng thành thạo lập trình Java, New PHP, Front End frameworks, v.v. Ngoài việc cung cấp các kỹ năng chuyên ngành, PNV còn tạo ra một môi trường quốc tế và lành mạnh. Sinh viên ở PNV được thực hành 4 kỹ năng tiếng Anh với các tình nguyện viên quốc tế, phát triển các kỹ năng mềm trong cuộc sống và trong công việc cũng như tham gia các hoạt động thể thao và ngoại khóa. Để vận dụng tốt các kiến thức đạt được trong 3 năm học, các em được tham gia 2 kỳ thực tập: kỳ thực tập 2 tháng để khám phá môi trường doanh nghiệp và kỳ thực tập 5 tháng để thực hành các kỹ năng chuyên môn của mình.

2020 is particularly memorable when the whole world is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, studies were interrupted, students had to work remotely, many of them did not have computers to do their homework… Yet, with great effort and determination from the PNV’s teachers and students, the school year 2020 has well ended. And according to the organization, 80% of students of the Class 2020 got a job while the school year hadn’t been finished yet.///L'année 2020 est particulièrement mémorable lorsque le monde entier est touché par la pandémie de COVID-19, les études étaient interrompues, les étudiants devaient travailler à distance, beaucoup d'entre eux n'avaient pas d'ordinateur pour faire leurs devoirs... Pourtant, avec de grosses efforts et la détermination des enseignants et des étudiants de PNV, l'année scolaire 2020 s’est bien terminée. Et selon l'organisation, 80% des étudiants de la Promotion de 2020 ont obtenu un emploi alors que l'année scolaire n'était pas encore achevée.///Năm 2020 đặc biệt đáng nhớ hơn khi cả thế giới chịu ảnh hưởng của đại dịch COVID-19, việc học bị gián đoạn, sinh viên phải học từ xa, nhiều em không có máy tính để thực hành bài tập... Nhưng với những nỗ lực và quyết tâm của thầy và trò PNV, năm học 2020 vẫn kết thúc rất tốt đẹp. Và theo như tổ chức thì năm nay có 80% sinh viên có việc làm khi mà năm học vẫn chưa kết thúc.

“When we were in high school, we weren't exposed to information technology. When we started our studies at PNV, we had to interact with computers everyday and code, I found the programming to be very complicated. To overcome this obstacle, I asked the teachers for help, and moreover, my friends supported me to do my best in the difficulties.///“Lorsque nous étions au lycée, nous n'avions pas été exposés aux technologies de l'information. Quand nous avons commencé nos études à PNV, nous devions interagir avec des ordinateurs tous les jours et coder, je trouvais que la programmation était très compliquée. Pour surmonter cet obstacle, j'ai demandé de l'aide aux enseignants, et de plus, mes amis m'ont épaulée à faire de mon mieux dans les difficultés.///“Lúc còn ở phổ thông bọn em chưa được tiếp xúc với công nghệ thông tin. Khi bắt đầu học tại PNV, tụi em phải tiếp xúc với máy tính hằng ngày và phải code, em cảm thấy lập trình rất là khó khăn. Để vượt qua khó khăn ấy, em đã nhờ sự giúp đỡ của thầy cô, và hơn nữa bạn bè xung quanh đã giúp em làm tốt nhất những gì em cảm thấy khó khăn.

“My biggest obstacles were the new languages (foreign and programming languages) and the adaptation to the environment of the IT company during the 2nd and the final year.///“Mes plus grands obstacles étaient les nouvelles langues (langue étrangère et langue de programmation) et l’adaptation à l’environnement de l’entreprise informatique lors de la 2e et la dernière année.///“Khó khăn nhất đối với em là khi học thêm ngôn ngữ mới (ngoại ngữ và ngôn ngữ lập trình) và khi em tiếp xúc với môi trường công ty IT khi còn học năm 2 và năm cuối.

At PNV, the teachers and other students were so enthusiastic, they educated and supported me if there was any difficulty. Even the staff with whom I worked during my internship, they were warm and encouraged me a lot.///À PNV, les enseignants et les autres étudiants étaient tellement enthousiastes, ils m’ont instruite et soutenue s’il y avait des difficultés. Même le personnel avec lequel je travaillais pendant mon stage, ils étaient chaleureux et ils m’ont beaucoup encouragée.///Khi học ở PNV thì thầy cô và các sinh viên rất là tận tình, chỉ bảo nếu như em gặp khó khăn. Kể cả khi lên công ty, mấy anh chị bên công ty họ rất là nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ sinh viên thực tập ở bên đó.
