It is an international solidarity organization that dedicates its projects to vulnerable children in order to offer them the necessary conditions for their well-being and their development.///C’est une association de solidarité internationale qui consacre ses projets aux enfants vulnérables pour leur offrir les conditions nécessaires à leur bien-être et à leur épanouissement.///Đây là tổ chức đoàn kết quốc tế thực hiện các dự án vì trẻ em có hoàn cảnh khó khăn với mục đích mang lại những điều kiện cần thiết cho hạnh phúc và sự phát triển của các em.

PE&D works with beneficiaries and local actors to build their capacity. More specifically in Vietnam, PE&D has been running a project in Ho Chi Minh City since 2010 to support vulnerable families by offering social support services. This project has gradually been developed by integrating a programme of vocational training (in 2013) for young people and another one to support female victims of domestic violence (in 2017).///Plus particulièrement au Vietnam, PE&D mène un projet à Ho Chi Minh ville depuis 2010 pour soutenir les familles vulnérables en proposant des services d’accompagnement social. Ce projet s’est au fur à mesure développé en intégrant un axe de formation professionnelle (en 2013) pour les jeunes et d’accompagnement des femmes victimes de violences domestiques (en 2017).///Đặc biệt hơn tại Việt Nam, PE&D đã và đang thực hiện dự án tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh kể từ năm 2010 nhằm hỗ trợ các gia đình có hoàn cảnh khó khăn bằng việc cung cấp các dịch vụ hỗ trợ xã hội. Dự án này đã từng bước phát triển bằng cách kết hợp đào tạo nghề (năm 2013) cho thanh thiếu niên và hoạt động hỗ trợ các nạn nhân nữ của nạn bạo hành gia đình (năm 2017).
